Job Summary:
The Trade Show/Expo Coordinator for the Birmingham 2025 World Police & Fire Games will support the Sales Manager, Corporate Development team and Marketing team. This role is focused on sales and customer service for the expo at the Athletes Village for the World Police & Fire Games 2025. The position is the primary point of contact for the expo.
Start Date/End Date: January 2025 - July 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Show/Expo Coordination:
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, etc. for the trade show/expo.
- Coordinate all aspects of the trade show/expo.
- Serve as the main point of contact for organizations participating in the trade show/expo at the BJCC & Athletes Village.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Events, or related field.
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a trade show coordinator.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- At least 1 years of event experience is a plus.
