World Relief seeks a Preferred Communities PC Case Specialist providing IAR and Gap services for eligible clients.

• This position will assist clients on their journey to self-sufficiency by providing needed casework and referrals in areas of vulnerability. Specific tasks include: 
• Conduct Eligibility Determinations for applicable programs    Enter client data into required databases (Dynamics, CT, any internal systems)   
• Assess client needs and follow up on client needs as required by program    Enter assessment data into required databases (Dynamics, CT, any internal systems)

• Refer clients to eligible programs 
•   Follow up to the referral to ensure a connection was made 
• Provide case management services to assist client to remove barriers to their self sufficiency 
•  Maintain complete and accurate record of contact (Case Notes) 
• Attend meetings hosted by local providers, as requested by program manager or program supervisor   
• Assist in program reporting as per program requirements   

• Mature and personal Christian faith

• Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
• Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document
•  Cross-cultural experience  
• Valid Texas Drivers’ License     

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills   
• Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines with flexibility   
• Ability to maintain records and reports   
• Detail-oriented and organized   
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and responsibility   
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing    Effectively manage stressful or crisis situations   
• Ability to speak a refugee language would be beneficial, but is not required   
• Proven computer skills and ability to operate Microsoft Office
