Job Summary
Independent Nurse or LVN/LPN for one 12 hour shift on Mondays in TN. Ideal candidate a nurse that is looking for supplement income. Salary range $450-$550 weekly

Duties

• Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including injections and catheter care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
• Stay current with best practices in nursing, including knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of physiology and geriatric care principles.
• Experience in memory care settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in administering dermal fillers is a plus.
• Familiarity with catheter care procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.
• Compassionate approach towards elderly patients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
