We are looking for an organized and hardworking custodian to join our team. This is perfect for someone looking to work a few hours in the evenings per week. You'll be responsible for keeping the building attractive, clean & neat, along with a variety of other tasks, including but not limited to general office cleaning.
Facility requires availability Mon-Fri evenings 6p-9p. Hourly rate is $11.00 per hour.
Job Description: Responsible for emptying trash cans throughout facility; sweeping, mopping, dusting & vaccuumming offices, cleaning/sanitizing restrooms & breakrooms; cleaning windows/mirrors/doors and refilling paper goods as needed. Depending on the scope of work, building might require light buffing & waxing once a month. We also need be readily available to assist in restocking & reordering supplies, as needed. Will also be responsible for keeping the building secure by setting alarm and locking the door at end of the shift.
Requirements and Qualifications: Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. Must be able to stand, stoop and bend for entire shift.
