What are the responsibilities and job description for the Huntsville Tx/Part-time Custodian position at World Technical Services?

We are looking for an organized and hardworking custodian to join our team. You'll be responsible for keeping the building clean, neat and attractive. Position is perfect for someone looking to work evenings, part time.
Facility requires servicing 2 days per week, 6 hours each day.
AFTER 5:00 pm.
You will be responsible for emptying trash cans throughout facility. You will also sweep, mop, dust and vacuum offices. Sanitize breakrooms, lobby areas and restrooms. Clean windows/ mirrors. Refill & restock all paper goods as needed. Along with any other duties or tasks should the need arise. Building may require light buffing & waxing once a month- training will be provided if needed.
Requirements: Applicant must be able to work with minimal supervision, have reliable transportation, must be able to lift up to 15 lbs, and must be able to stand, stoop and bend for the duration of entire shift.
