We are currently seeking a day custodian and landscaper. Applicants should be willing to go above and beyond, as well as be a team player.
Janitorial services are needed to clean a facility in Laredo Tx. Services are required 4 days a week (M-T), 9 hours per day for a total of 36 hours per week @ $14.00 per hour.
Lead position: Thursday/Fri 8-5pm Saturday/Sunday 7-5pm 36 hours @ $16.00
Landscaper/Janitor- MTW 7am-5pm @ $14.00 an hour
Supervisor: M-F 7PM-4PM Salary @ $18.00 hour
Job summary:
Duties include but are not limited to: dusting- sweeping- mopping- vacuuming- trash removal- restroom sanitation- window/glass cleaning- refilling paper goods along, landscaping and along with any other duties or special projects that should arise.
Requirements: Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally. Must have reliable transportation.
