What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lubbock TX/Pt Evening custodian position at World Technical Services?

Part-time Janitorial services are needed for 2 facilities located in Lubbock, Tx. Services are required 2 days a week, (TUES/THURS)
Building 1: SE Maint. 2 hrs a day @ $13.00 hr
Building 2: NE Maint. 5 hrs a day @ $12.00 hr.
Job summary:
Duties include but are not limited to: dusting- sweeping- mopping- vacuuming- trash removal- restroom sanitation- window/glass cleaning- refilling paper goods along with any other duties or special projects that should arise.
Requirements: Must be able to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally. Must have reliable transportation.
