Salary Range: $45,000 to $53,500 (USD) Annually
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Corporate Trainer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. This position offers a great opportunity to launch your career in corporate training while helping employees develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles. This position is a Hybrid position with three days in the Exton, PA office, two days remote.
Administration
- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
- Coordinate the training schedule for the L&D team of trainers including maintain the team’s calendar and coordinating the requests of other departments for their learning and training needs for recurring and ad hoc training requests.
- Support the development of internal trainers.
- Schedule new assessment for new hires and new hire training and orientation.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the L&D team with other business units and coordinate action items from these meetings.
Coordinate and Deliver Training
- Coordinate enrollment and communications for training provided to World Travel, Inc. staff.
- Learn and deliver training as needed, including training for which certification is required in order to be an instructor.
- Conduct training assessments and evaluations to track employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Help maintain library of video trainings including editing content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Presentation / training / teaching experience
- Comfortable with presenting and using various training tools and technologies (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Qualities: Organizational skills, good communication, collaboration, problem-solving, customer service (internal customers), resourcefulness, flexibility/ability to pivot according to the need of the business
Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve meaningful annual goals. You and your leadership team will work together to set your goals. Your performance will be reviewed on a regular basis, and no less than four times a year, through a series of meaningful one-on-one conferences or “focus meetings” with your immediate supervisor.
