Location : Remote from 40 states; Hybrid if located near D.C. or Seattle
Reports to : Director of Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners
Level : Individual Contributor
Required Experience : Bachelor's degree. Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of strategic Human Resources experience, or a combination of Human Resources and business operations experience. Must have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and ability to implement HR strategies with COEs.
Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer
Estimated Salary Range : $80,000 - $95,000
Travel : Up to 10% of time domestically
The Job
World Vision is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to come alongside World Vision and ensure our business is equipped for success. This exciting Human Resources role will support the programmatic work happening in countries around the world in their role as a valued and essential coach for managers and staff.
S / he will serve as a trusted partner to frontline managers and staff within assigned client groups. S / he will represent the interests of assigned client group to HR centers of excellence and consult with assigned clients to ensure programs and approaches meet organization needs. The HRBP will develop and implement strategic plans and business operations.
