Fiber Optic Technician

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Fiber Installation Technicians to join our team and provide top-tier installation services for residential customers. As a Fiber Installation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of fiber-optic services to customers’ homes, offering excellent customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and activate fiber-optic cables and related equipment at customer locations.

• Perform site surveys and assessments to determine the best installation plan.

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, ensuring optimal signal strength and connectivity.

• Provide clear explanations and guidance to customers on how to use their new fiber-optic services.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures during all installations.

• Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to ensure a smooth, timely installation process.

• Must not be afraid of heights

• Mist have truck/suv

• Must have a valid drivers liscens

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
