- Classroom Assistance: Support the lead teacher in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one or small group instruction as needed to reinforce concepts.

- Individualized Support: Provide additional assistance to students who require extra help, including students with special educational needs (SEN).

- Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral reports.

- Classroom Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring that learning resources are well-stocked and in good condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the lead teacher to plan lessons and curriculum, assisting in modifying materials for different learning styles and abilities.
- Parent Communication: Assist in communicating with parents, providing updates on students' progress or any concerns that may arise.
- Teacher Support: Assist the lead teacher in organizing field trips, school events, and extra-curricular activities.
- Special Education Assistance: If applicable, assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Co-Curricular Support: Help supervise or assist in the execution of after-school clubs, sports teams, or other co-curricular activities that align with students' interests.
