What will you be doing?
As a Digital Employee Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the needs, challenges and preferences of our internal customers, and working with the product teams to design and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience across our digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements and processes to enable the development of IT solutions
- Gather and analyze employee feedback on their IT experience through multiple methods such as forms, surveys and interviews
- Collaborate throughout the IT organization to identify and implement improvements based on analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyze product usage data and extract insights to identify opportunities to improve the employee experience
- Develop functional test cases to facilitate end user testing of new solutions
- Identifying root causes of issues related to employee digital experience and proposing solutions to address them
