- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development, or consulting experience in enterprise-level solutions
- Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Accounting, MIS, or a technical-related field.
- Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Independent, self-motivated.

- Functional knowledge of financial applications and procedures in the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Financial Applications for our global supply chain business in: Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Costing, SLA, Fusion, and Vertex Tax using Oracle R12 & R13.
- Help with the ongoing development and support of existing business processes.
- Participate in the design of complex solutions, primarily within the Finance Order to Cash (O2C) domain.
- Provide functional and technical leadership while promoting the delivery of best practices and direction to team members.
- Hold the team accountable for meeting commitments while adhering to the organization's quality, methodology, and architecture standards.
