Team Lead - IT Financial Operations

• Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions through the team from problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis, development, testing and delivery on complex projects spanning Finance. Must be able to coach and develop teams through this process.

• Possess a solid understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles and build it in others
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP Applications is needed.
• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development, or consulting experience in enterprise-level solutions
• Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Accounting, MIS, or a technical-related field.
• Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.
• Good project management skills.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Independent, self-motivated.

• Provide leadership and promote WWT core values and best practices to a team located in the US and India.

• Functional knowledge of financial applications and procedures in the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Financial Applications for our global supply chain business in: Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Costing, SLA, Fusion, and Vertex Tax using Oracle R12 & R13.
• Help with the ongoing development and support of existing business processes.
• Participate in the design of complex solutions, primarily within the Finance Order to Cash (O2C) domain.
• Provide functional and technical leadership while promoting the delivery of best practices and direction to team members.
• Hold the team accountable for meeting commitments while adhering to the organization's quality, methodology, and architecture standards.
