What will you be doing?
Responsibilities:
- Work in an agile/scaled team to plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions
- Gather Requirements in coordination with the functional team, and prepare technical design documents and test scripts
- Debug issues and be part of production support
- Perform unit testing and integration testing, and coordinate with business analysts in regression testing, system performance testing, and user acceptance testing
- Take complete ownership of your work with the goal of exceeding customer expectations
- Ensure that the development standards are maintained across deliverables
- Create technical design and support documentation
- Direct, delegate, and mentor the technical team in the design, coding, debugging, etc.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in IT or a related field
- 5 years of development experience
- Ability to analyze, design, build, test, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP applications
- Experience with Oracle SOACS (integration) and Oracle ODI (for ELT) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- NodeJS or other JavaScript experience is a plus
- Experience with Kafka or Confluent is a plus
- Enjoy collaboration, with a preference for face-to-face communication
- Be self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Have the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
