Location:
Onsite Starting Day 1 of Contract in either Las Vegas, NV (Preferred); Reno, NV; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; Omaha, NE; Des Moines, IA; Sioux City, IA; Davenport, IA; or Richmond, VA

Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:
We are seeking a Finance Analytics Specialist with a strong background in finance and technical expertise in reporting technologies. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the finance business community and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of financial data and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for finance-related reporting and data analytics.
- Understand and translate user needs into technical requirements for reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and other relevant technologies.
- Lead the adoption of data reporting technologies within the finance user community.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and enhance reporting solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise in finance, particularly in areas such as PPM and JVM.
- Support the go-live phases of business transformation programs, including Wave 3 in July and subsequent releases.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong finance background
- Technical expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Essbase Smart View.
- Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (formerly FAW) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the finance business community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the utilities industry.
- Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) from an on-premises perspective.
