Requirements :
- A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field
- Experience working with Digital Employee Experience tools (nexthink, Workspace One, ControlUp, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
- Experience translating business requirements and processes into technical requirements
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and cutting-edge technologies on the fly
- Ability to work projects independently
- Experience with ServiceNow, writing reports and analyzing data
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint administration experience preferred)
