What will you be doing?
As aPrincipal Architectyouwill work throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation and discovery, presales and service delivery hand-off, managing the development of complex technical solutions while identifying opportunities for new business.ThePrincipalArchitect will focus on driving enterprise level architectural strategies that will help customers achieve their business goalsand beresponsible for setting and communicating thelong-termjoint vision to both executives within accounts as well as internal teams.Youwill network with industry leaders, internal sales and client leadership, current clients, and potential clients to understand and communicate current and future trends.You will alsoprovide continuous leadership and mentorship for consulting systems engineers in the team.
Summary of Essential Job Functions :
- Develop and drive strategicandenterprise solutions in the followingtechnical domains : Network, cloud andsecuritytransformations, Software defined data center,data engineering and analyticsas well asAIOps platforms.
- Prepare internal and customer facing sales / technical presentations that help make complex designs and concepts simple and easy to follow.
- Build and develop relationships withkey stakeholdersand executiveswithinaccounts
- ProvideThought Leadership withinaccounts.
- Drive revenue with existing and net new clientsleveraging the entire WWTportfolio
- Build strategic relationships withOriginal Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
- Proactively find new opportunitieswithin existing customer base
- May perform other duties as assigned by theClient Director.
- 10 years' experiencein successful consultative selling and / or account development of Commercial Enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with senior business partners and C-level clients identifying trends, communicating competitive actions and presenting strategicplans
- Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts.
- Possesses aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic technical plans.
- Ability to excel at understanding and driving solutions centered on primary client needs.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
- Visionary leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong financial and business acumen with understanding of a multi-faceted business operation.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, and rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, and manageprograms andmultiple projects.
- Ability to Travel up to25%
- High level knowledge of automation platforms and tools (Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Azure Resource Manager, Ansible, Chef, etc.)
