What will you be doing?

As a Solutions Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of Solution projects and services, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with organizational goals. Solution Delivery Managers will oversee multiple engagements and/or workstreams of large-scale programs. They manage senior level client relationships, end-to-end delivery and financial management. They will lead a team of solution consultants, manage project portfolios, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Works with minimal direction toward predetermined long-range goals. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired results. Takes calculated risks. This position manages people. Travel up to 50% of the time.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure all contract deliverables are met within the timelines specified in the Statement of Work.
  • Responsible for customer engagement as the primary point of contact for the customer during project execution.
  • Collaborate with the customer to define project success criteria and clearly communicate those goals to the team. Review progress toward those goals on a regular basis by determining specific metrics that the team should gather and report. Hold teams accountable for achieving goals.
  • Ensure that project risks are identified, tracked, and communicated with the customer on a regular basis. Where possible, implement mitigation strategies. Escalate risks to leadership as appropriate if there are indications that targets will not be reached. Coordinate dependencies and assess risks across multi-team engagements (if applicable).
  • Serve as a liaison between the delivery team and support teams. Remove roadblocks for the team as needed.

Engagement Leadership

  • Work as part of a core team serving WWT’s customers, including Consulting Services, Enterprise Architects, Managing Directors and Account Managers. They are responsible for Project Ownership and End Products, and contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
  • Lead and manage delivery/project teams.
  • Support and at times lead, development of scope, proposals and statement of work (SOW).
  • Own the problem statement for the customers as leader of day-to-day services delivery.
  • Own the documentation and organization responsibilities around complex projects, delivering strong analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills to ensure successful client projects & team performance.

Practice Development

  • Serve as the “face” of the WWT Solutions practice to both the internal WWT office and external customers.
  • Work with the WWT account teams to educate them and help drive business development and sales.

Thought Leadership

  • Lead marketing efforts in the region to new/existing customers, including writing white papers, attending and presenting at conferences.
  • Develop relevant thought articles that helps establish WWT as experts across service offerings and demonstrates their value to new and existing client
  • Become a trusted resource for WWT in your field of expertise

Go to Market/Sales Support

  • Demonstrate thought leadership to develop a market position and build WWT’s offerings.
  • Actively pursue business opportunities at large, complex customers; work with clients and internal WWT Teams to develop and negotiate statements of work, including project scope, deliverables, timelines and costs.
  • Understand customer needs and make recommendations at the BU/Division Head levels.
  • Understand the breadth of what we sell so that we are bringing the best of WWT to the customer through developing, introducing and selling cross business services that help expand WWT’s footprint.
  • Develop strong relationships with WWT’s core technology partners.
  • Achieve revenue and profit growth for the practice.

People/Team Management

  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant experience in leadership and strategic roles including Cybersecurity Governance, risk management and strategy.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, strategy, technologies, and methodologies across the cyber lifecycle.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive cybersecurity initiatives and deliver results.
  • Client Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex cybersecurity issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects, including scope, budget, and timeline management.

Compliance/Framework Experience in one or more of the following:

  • NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-30, ISO 27001/2, HIPPA, GDPR, FFIEC, CIS, COBIT, HITRUST, CSA CCM, AICPA SOC 2, Third Party Risk Management, IT Risk Management

Industry Experience – significant experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Retail, Public Sector, Mergers & Acquisitions

Cybersecurity Experience Requirements

  • Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, Strategy and Compliance – candidate must be experienced in the cybersecurity lifecycle such as maturity & risk assessments, program development, policy management, control review/design/development/testing, GRC tools/technology, and in cybersecurity domains such as IAM, Cloud Security, Data Protection, Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, Incident Response, Incident Recovery, and Threat Identification and Analysis.
