Job Title: Sitetracker Administrator
Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sitetracker Administrator to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Sitetracker platform. This role will focus on system administration, data integrity, user training, and application support. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and maintaining Sitetracker, managing reports, and ensuring seamless end-user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Support:
- Configure and maintain Sitetracker templates, milestones, and fields.
- Serve as the primary contact for application support and troubleshooting.
- Document processes and maintain system runbooks for reference.
Data Management & Governance:
- Maintain data integrity and governance within Sitetracker.
- Perform data cleanup to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Sitetracker.
- Utilize Power BI for advanced reporting and data visualization.
- Support integration efforts with other platforms.
User Training & Engagement:
- Lead training sessions and onboarding for new users.
- Conduct office hours and provide ongoing user support.
- Ensure end-user adoption and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience as a Sitetracker Administrator or in a similar platform administration role.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, integrity, and cleanup processes.
- Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard/report creation.
- Understanding of application governance and support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
- Strong communication and training skills to engage end users.
- Experience with integrations and workflow automation is a plus.
