Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions Architect - Contact Center

Qualifications Summary
Experience designing and implement AI-powered solutions specifically tailored to customer service interactions, including proficiency with conversational AI platforms, while also understanding the business needs of a contact center environment. Person should be able to leverage strong management, communication and collaboration skills in addition to:
- Machine/deep learning algorithms and frameworks- understanding of algorithms that support classification, prediction (regression) and clustering. Experience deploying models that can extract and classify customer intent in a contact center setting
- Natural language processing (NLP) - expertise in implementing NLP techniques for conversational AI applications
- Data engineering - experience in the process of cleaning, preparing and feature engineering of data for use in AI model training. Also strong data pipeline and management skills, with familiarity of database management systems
- Cloud computing - knowledge of AI services within major public cloud providers
- Contact center technology experience - NICE, Uniphore, Five9
- Ability to interpret business requirements and align them to AI technology
Nice to have - Programming languages for AI development, such as Python, R, Java, C , or Scala. Some understanding of the SW development process
