Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 24 Months
The candidate must have strong attention to detail, be skilled at scheduling tasks, monitor ticket progress, allocate project resources to team members, and have experience in communication with management at all levels. Candidate should have experience handling all aspects of the project cycle to meet the selection process we desire.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor and track progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including network engineers, technicians, and other IT professionals. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and project success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and address project-related risks and issues to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- This is a non-technical role; person needs to be professional PM and one who is very organized and tenacious in working issues to resolution….needs to be a “big picture view” person.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
