QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work / military experience.5 years of related systems engineering experience in Unified Communications.Strong understanding of Unified Communications design and functions, with expert-level proficiency in system administration. Experience with collaboration tools such as Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Teams, and telephony systems like Cisco Call Manager 12.5 or higher.Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and other data manipulation tools for sorting, analyzing, and correlating data from multiple sources.Ability to develop and execute detailed SOPs and documentation for Unified Communications Engineering.Experience in conducting integration proof of concept testing and managing projects related to communication tools.Strong expertise in WAN network facilities and protocols.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail and a logical approach to manipulating large data sets.Clearance RequirementsActive TS / SCI clearance required and eligibility to obtain a CI polyWant to learn more about Government Services?
