Overview

Provide comprehensive operational support to the Private Sector Engagement Business Services Team, ensuring the efficient execution of business processes, tasks, and projects pertaining to corporate donorship/fundraising activity. Complete a variety of duties associated with progressing the corporate fundraising process, including but not limited to streamline workflows, coordinate internal communications and assist with the preparation of reports and documentation. Leverage their strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support team objectives, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the successful delivery of services. Engage with stakeholders in a dynamic environment while fostering collaboration across teams and departments.
Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is $67,000- $83,600

Required Skills and Experience
Process Coordination, Donor Stewardship, and Resource Management
- Completing, in a timely manner, the following tasks associated with the corporate fundraising process within the Private Sector Engagement Team: submitting corporate revenue agreements for signature via DocuSign, preparing payment requests, pledge and gift processing and tracking, pledge/gift coding and satisfaction, preparing Grant Award Memos, and drafting acknowledgement letters.
- Work closely with Accounting and Fundraising Operations to ensure corporate gifts and pledges are coded correctly and in a timely manner.
- Develop process guidance documents for all corporate fundraising activities in accordance with Private Sector Engagement rules and accounting principles.
- Assist with ensuring all Private Sector Engagement processes, operational business rules, protocols, and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Support the Business Services Team in the production and distribution of standardized fundraising and corporate engagement reports.
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of the fundraising process and be able to provide ideas for improvement.
- Learn and adhere to Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) applicable to corporate gifts and pledges.
Data Management
- Enter major giving plans and opportunities, corporate donor details, and other information into multiple data systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with data audits to ensure data remains clean and up to date.
- Responsible for saving executed corporate revenue agreements, Grant Award Memos, pledge requests, gift backup, and acknowledgment letters in the appropriate document repositories and following file naming conventions.
- Learn, understand and adhere to WWF’s protocols for data integrity, ensuring information is entered accurately and all records are kept fully up to date in a timely manner.
- Assist in extracting lists and reports from CRM and other data systems as needed.
- Assist in the upkeep of policies and procedures related to CRM and other data systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years experience in a non-profit fundraising environment is required.
- CRM proficiency, preferably Blackbaud CRM is required.
- Ability to identify and create improvements in data systems and processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail is required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize your own workload with initiative and self‐sufficiency on a day‐to‐day basis is required.
- Must have proven ability to collect, synthesize, organize and input data from multiple resources into multiple systems.
- Must have excellent written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel are required.
