It is built to connect, empower, and be owned by everyone.About the Team The Strategy and Planning team supports TfH’s executive team to drive mission critical, cross-functional efforts, create mechanisms to drive performance management and undertake deeply analytical projects in order to set the strategic direction of the company. For example, the team designs scalable organizational structures, drives process improvements, delivers data-driven insights, manages high-impact projects, and executes on strategic initiatives.  We are looking for exceptional individuals who are capable of taking on a significant level of responsibility within a fast-growing company and field. About the OpportunityStrategyAid the VP of Operations in weekly prioritization of decision making, progress reviews, project management and focus on the most important things to achieve every week.Provide the VP of Operations with insightful data-driven recommendations in all facets of business by building repeatable processes for business intelligence in partnership with the Operations team.Lead initiatives and projects on behalf of our VP of Operations, advancing both the goal clarity and project execution.Obtain cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the business and connect the dots for key stakeholders to drive increased alignment.Act as the VP of Operations’ proxy and highly-accessible information source for other major functions, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal.TeamCoordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting at the company level to ensure we’re effectively working towards our audacious goals.Represent and drive strategic, functional, and business updates for the Operations organization.Set rhythms for business reviews within Operations and partner and participate in company-wide business reviews.About You7 years of experience driving operational process by partnering effectively with cross-functional teams3 years experience building or utilizing business intelligence platforms to make data-driven decisions in a cross-functional environmentExperience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams or projects and a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity through curiosity and research.Excellence in written business communications, including artifacts considered executive-ready and a proven pattern of high-quality decision making with a strategic impact.Problem-solving using frameworks, making the goal clear and execution efficient.Travel requirements ~50%Nice-to-Have SkillsPrevious experience as a Chief of Staff and in management consulting with demonstrated Program Management skills on complex initiatives.Experience with financial reporting, annual budgeting and planning, or similar processes at a company or large sub-organization level.Knowledge of modern software development workflows, tooling, ecosystems and a familiarity with techniques and patterns of organizational design.Proven results in working with C-level stakeholders and the ability to lead through influence.About the Team The Strategy and Planning team supports TfH’s executive team to drive mission critical, cross-functional efforts, create mechanisms to drive performance management and undertake deeply analytical projects in order to set the strategic direction of the company. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
