JOB SUMMARY :
The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and ensuring seamless client engagement. This position focuses on managing incoming leads, coordinating client meetings, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to signed agreements. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to scope projects, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), and nurture ongoing client relationships. Additionally, the role involves exploring opportunities for follow-on work, promoting Service offerings, and supporting the sales team in research, lead identification, and proposal development. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure the sales process operates smoothly and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead Coordination and Management :
- Load incoming leads from the UKG Community into PipeDrive
- Contact clients to schedule meetings and coordinate resources for scoping discussions
- Facilitate scoping calls, including oversight and note-taking
- Develop and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) for client review and approval
- Manage the signature process for SOWs, coordinating with clients and Worldgate executives
Sales Growth and Expansion :
Identify and pursue opportunities for follow-on work based on initial scopesIntroduce and promote Service offerings to clientsClient Engagement and Follow-Up :
Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needsCollaborate with the Service oversight team to deliver consistent messaging to clientsSales Team Support :
Assist with the preparation of SOWs and responses to RFPsConduct market research to support sales strategies and initiativesIdentify and evaluate new leads for potential opportunitiesOrganizational Alignment :
Comprehension and alignment to established goals and objectives within the framework of the Worldgate Continuous Feedback ApproachEnsure compliance with criminal background check standards by maintaining a clear record throughout employment tenureStay up to date on basic computer skills and best practices, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencingUnderstand Worldgate's mission, values, and behaviors (The Worldgate Way) and ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate's values and behaviorsKEY COMPETENCIES :

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Equivalent work experience may be consideredMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, client services, or a related roleFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive) and project management tools is a plusExperience preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) or similar client documentation is preferredSales or customer relationship certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification) are advantageous but not requiredSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES :
