WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst - B2B Care who will be responsible for carrying out many of the organization’s operation functions including Customer’s VOC Management, review of contracts, operational project support, warranty management, and other functions as needed.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support B2B Care Department Operations and business planning.
- Project support including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates.
- Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction.
- Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting preparation (supporting role) for Senior leadership and Global HQ office.
- Developing and improving B2B service process along with B2B customers’ expectations.
- Strategical thinking and collaborative preparation for team’s targets.
- Day-to-day operational support.
Required Experience and Education:
- 5 years of related administrative and project management experience.
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite.
- Proven experience successfully planning and executing large projects and/or events.
