WHO we're looking for :

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist - eCommerce who will be responsible for driving sales on the .com site and work closely across teams to develop quarterly business plans to increase sales.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Develop quarterly business plans to drive HHP / NC sales to achieve target.
  • Work with NC teams to directly develop joint business plans with associated investment to reach sales targets.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to understand conversion and traffic drivers, including conversion funnel, promotional lift, and marketing activities.
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing to develop campaigns and improve content and messaging to customers to improve traffic and qualified lands.
  • Analyze promotion performance by customer cohorts to understand drivers of performance and to create targeted offer strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase collaboration and investment in the Mobile Enhancement category.

Required Experience and Education :

  • 7 years of experience in eCommerce or related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree required - MBA preferred.
  • Experience managing eCommerce Categories of $50 million minimally and proven experience growing eCommerce Categories with implementing innovative strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise driving business execution and delivering against revenue and profit targets
  • Demonstrated success in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment with ability to respond to changing priorities without loss in performance or productivity.
  • eCommerce KPI analysis and tracking.
  • Executive presentation development.
  • Solid understanding of P&L structure and basic accounting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to drive results by partnering with Stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive influence across many levels of the organization.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel with Tableau preferred.
  • Structured and process oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approach.
  • Microsoft Standard Office Suite and advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.

Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction, and moderate hand / finger dexterity.

    Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
