WHO we're looking for :
We are looking for a Product Manager - Digital Content who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, aligning, and executing all digital content merchandising for the Shop App.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Assist, manage and execute daily, weekly and out of band content release schedules, roadmaps, requirements and plans.
- Define and deliver innovative and intuitive experiences across multiple promotions, using the best design thinking principles and incorporating the creative technological solution.
- Participate in creating consumer journey and marketing assets and manage daily / weekly operations on content management system.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute product features relative to promotion platform.
- Assist in aligning storefront feature enhancements and on-device merchandising management across phones, tablets and connected devices to ensure marketing alignment.
- Analyze content performance with an attention to improving content sales and features.
- Build and manage relationships with content providers. Take the lead in managing day-to-day communication with content providers and internal operations teams.
- Coordinate with internal groups and HQ to coordinate application, promotions and feature changes.
- Drive site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, designers, marketers, and other merchandisers.
- Proactively identify issues, potential points of failure and make quick decisions on ways to improve the user experience.
- Coordinate with Content Managers to execute merchandising programming strategy.
- Work closely with Front-end and Mobile App product Managers to build a longer term roadmap based on key learnings on promotions and other consumer-facing operations.
- Run analytical reports on content and campaign performance.
- Project management content related programs as needed.
