Overview
Worldpac, a leading provider of automotive parts, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager HR Systems to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. This role will be instrumental in the administration, support, and optimization of various HR systems including Workday, iCIMS, ADP, Vnly, Checkr, I-9, and ADP Payroll. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline HR processes, ensure data integrity, and maximize the systems’ capabilities to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems including Workday, iCIMS, ADP, Vnly, Checkr, I-9, and ADP Payroll, providing guidance and support to users.
- Configure and maintain modules within these systems, including Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
- Partner with HR and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Manage security roles and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained across all HR systems.
- Lead or participate in system updates, upgrades, and new module implementations.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective use of HR systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Stay informed about new features and functionalities of HR systems, recommending their adoption as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in HR systems management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Workday, iCIMS, ADP, Vnly, Checkr, I-9, and ADP Payroll modules and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting business processes and integrations within these systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience with system implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
Pay Range
