Overview : 14 / hour
Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may include :
- Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases
- Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Operating a cash register and handling c ard transactions accurately
- Restocking merchandise as needed
- Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns
- Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention
