Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales/Branch Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own territory, developing relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop your own territory through local daily travel
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate additional business
- Oversee day-to-day branch staff and operations
- Support Field Sales and Technical Sales Representatives
- Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outside sales/account management, preferably in the fastener industry
- 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- 1 years of management experience with a focus on team leadership and development
- Positive work ethic, high attention to detail, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
