- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and integration of HR technology tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), HR analytics platforms, and AI-driven tools for talent acquisition, performance management, and predictive workforce planning.
- Strategic HR Leadership – 10 years of progressive People Operations/HR experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a high-growth or scaling organization.
- HR Technology & AI-Driven Tools – Experience implementing and managing HRIS, ATS, HR analytics platforms, and AI-driven HR tools to enhance talent management and workforce planning.
- Talent Acquisition & Performance Management – Proven ability to design and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and data-driven performance management systems.
- Employee Engagement – Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies and workplace culture initiatives that drive engagement.
- Change Management & Organizational Agility – Track record of leading organizational change, workforce restructuring, and business transformation efforts in dynamic environments.
