Role Overview
The Digital Content Producer will manage the creation of digital products, including custom webinars, research reports, and podcasts. The role involves managing the end-to-end process of digital projects, from planning and development to delivery, including presenting research findings at one event per quarter, which requires travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management: Managing the end-to-end process of digital projects, from planning and development to delivery.
- Project Management: Lead and manage virtual webinar projects from inception to completion. Develop content and lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Speaker/Moderator Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and coordinate speakers and moderators for webinars, and topic generation for reports. Moderate and lead webinar/panel discussions with an authoritative voice.
- Coordinate recordings and Scheduling: Organize and schedule calls with all webinar participants.
- Digital Integration: Identify and act on opportunities to integrate digital products like webinars, industry reports, and others with live event activities.
- Innovation: Lead in developing new products and formats beyond current products.
- Event Representation: Represent the digital team at live events, presenting findings and engaging with attendees.
- Client Management: Build positive client relationships that lead to greater customer success.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong inter-departmental relationships that will drive our mission forward.
Qualifications/Skills
- Experience: Proven background in project management, preferably with virtual events, events, journalism, or communications
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams and projects.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills in managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and Innovation: Passion for creating new products and experiences across formats.
- Event Experience: Comfortable attending and representing the company at conferences.
- Content Writing/Production: Background in content writing/production.
