Your experience
Worldwide Clinical Trials Early Phase Services LLC is hiring for the Manager, Process Improvement role in San Antonio, TX (multiple openings):
- Execute Lean Six Sigma processes and the strategy for a Lean Six Sigma culture within the Worldwide Clinical Trials Early Phase business unit.
- Determine appropriate prioritization of projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals. Partner with subject matter experts to generate and analyze information that will support the recommendations of solutions that address productivity, efficiency, complexity, and strategic opportunities while enhancing the customer experience.
- Design, document, and drive processes to ensure timely completion of projects with successful outcomes.
- Educate and train team members on how to use Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, such as control charts, histograms, and a root cause analysis. Perform gap analysis on needs versus existing availability of metrics
- Develop and modify reporting configurations that meet requirements.
- Design, develop, modify, and troubleshoot methods supporting business process analysis. Perform proactive and reactive analyses to ensure data integrity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in and support multiple internal levels of management in the analysis and evaluation of initiatives, projects, and issues. Participate in efforts to implement ongoing process management mechanisms (process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems, and process control techniques). 40% domestic travel required.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operation Research, Management Information Systems, or Business Analytics, and three (3) years of experience in job offered or closely related process improvement role. Alternatively, I will accept no degree and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a closely related process improvement role.
- Must have at least three years (3) of experience with the following:
- Microsoft Visio;
- Microsoft Office;
- Fostering long-standing, positive business relationships with target SMEs;
- Communicating Lean Enterprise/Six-Sigma tools to site personnel in practical terms and
- Managing process improvement initiatives with an emphasis on sustainability.
