Job Description:
As the Office Associate at Worldwide Commerce, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of essential tasks, including:
- Customer Communication: Responding to email inquiries from our valued customers with professionalism and a customer-centric approach, ensuring their needs are met.
- Front Desk Support: Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls or messages to the appropriate staff members. Your friendly demeanor will be the first impression of our organization.
- Document Management: Safeguarding the integrity of our company documentation by maintaining organized and easily accessible records. Filling, spreadsheets in numbers, pages, Microsoft exel spread sheets, payroll.
- Coordinating Buyer Pickups and deliveries: Facilitating the smooth pickup process for our buyers, ensuring that vehicles and equipment are ready for collection as per our commitments.
- Financial Oversight: Managing office expenses efficiently, assisting in budget management, and contributing to financial stability.
- Administrative Efficiency: Ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of our business by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources effectively. Must be able to utilize daily notes. Able to use an Apple computer , Apple software, Microsoft applications and communicate through in person, email and phone in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Know how to use Numbers,Pages, Microsoft excel, an Apple computer in the role of Business Office Associate at Worldwide Commerce, the following qualifications are essential:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in office management or related administrative roles, showcasing your ability to effectively oversee office operations. Preferably 2-3 years of proven experience as an office associate or in a similar role. Must have references Or a business degree.
Must have proven experience and proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel), Email (i.e., Outlook or Google), Apple ISO applications such as Number, Pages, reminders, calendar, notes. You must know how to use an Apple computer an other Apple Products in the role of Business Office Associate at Worldwide Commerce, the following qualifications are essential:
Strong Organizational Skills: A talent for organization and multitasking that allows you to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently. Keeping daily notes, phone messages, bills, receipts, payroll, orders, emails,
Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey information effectively and build positive relationships with team members and Customers. This includes but not limited to Email, Messenger, Text, Facebook, and phone.
Detail Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that no task or aspect of office management escapes your meticulous attention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
