Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to drive growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the firm’s client base. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. 
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. 
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring the best possible terms. 
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitive landscape. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Must have a valid Texas real estate license.  
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the commercial real estate industry. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies. 
  • Strong network of contacts within the commercial real estate sector. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to travel as needed.
