Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to meet security and privacy requirements: Tier 1 / National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).
- Master’s Degree, preferably MBA.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with Government.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying strategic planning, governance structure, and strategic communications, and facilitating change management efforts.
- Project Management Professional
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Human Centered Design qualification or similar
