- Oversee and support ramp agents in daily operations.
- Train and demonstrate proper work and safety procedures.
- Assign and schedule work tasks to maintain efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze work methods and outcomes.
- Identify and report operational issues to management.
- Assist in the effective use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with site security procedures.
- Report security breaches, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
- HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid US driver's license.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Prior experience as a Ramp Agent or in a similar airline ground operations role.
- Proficiency in using airline operations or baggage tracking systems.
- Familiarity with airline safety regulations, ground handling procedures, and aircraft servicing.
- Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 70 lbs consistently.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments, including exposure to extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
- Ability to work in a high-noise environment with proper hearing protection.
- Must be able to climb, reach, and work in confined spaces as required.
