Production Associate - Night Shift | $18.50/hr

Location: Worldwide Foam | SHIFT: 10:30pm - 7:00am (Monday-Friday) Overtime as Needed

We're currently hiring Production Associates to help us keep up with growing demand. In this role, you'll support our production operations by running machinery, inspecting products, and working together with a motivated team-all while helping ensure we deliver top-notch materials to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products with attention to detail to meet quality standards
• Transport materials and manage inventory around the production floor
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals
• Take on new tasks and solve problems as they arise
• Follow all safety guidelines-PPE is provided and required
• Opportunity to become forklift certified for expanded responsibilities
  
  

Note: Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the shift and perform physical tasks such as standing, reaching, bending, stooping, and squatting during an 8-hour shift.

Who You Are

• You have 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• You have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• You work well in a team setting and enjoy collaborating with others
• You're dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• You're a problem-solver who can adapt quickly and think on your feet
