CDL Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate

Company : Worldwide Foam

Hours : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

Pay : 27.50 per hour

Job Purpose : Worldwide Foam is seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary role of this position is to ensure timely delivery of quality products to our valued customers. Duties and Responsibilities :

Local driving (approximately 4 hours one-way) to deliver products promptly.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipments and material handling.
Collaborate closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and provide purchasing recommendations.
Safely load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
Work in production when there are no truck runs available.

Qualifications :

Commercial Driver License (CDL) : A valid CDL is required.

Education : High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience : 2 or more years in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Computer Skills : Basic proficiency in operating systems and email.

Physical Ability : Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Forklift Certification : Forklift certification is preferred; training and certification will be provided if needed.

Working Conditions :

Work both indoors and outdoors year-round.

Extreme temperatures (summer highs of 95 degrees and winter lows of -10 degrees).

Exposure to dirt, dust, snow, rain, noise, equipment, and vibrations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
