Responsibilities Include:
Marketing Calendar Management: Develop, maintain, and ensure timely execution of the marketing calendar. Coordinate all promotional activities, product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions to align with company objectives.
Graphic Design: Create eye-catching, on-brand visuals for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and promotional ads. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is required.
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management: Identify and build relationships with influencers who align with the brand's target audience. Manage influencer campaigns, track performance, and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and maintain customer retention. Segment email lists, design compelling newsletters, and analyze campaign performance.
Website Merchandising: Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure product listings are optimized for conversions. Assist in merchandising the website to reflect seasonal trends, new arrivals, and promotions.
Vendor Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing departments of our vendors to ensure alignment in messaging, promotions, and campaigns. Manage vendor-related content and initiatives that promote our partnership.
Qualifications Desired:
3 years of experience in marketing is required, preferably in the Ecommerce, Apparel, or Golf industry.
Experience with Shopify is required
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field is required
Strong proficiency in design tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) and understanding of email campaign metrics.
A strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
A strong interest in golf and/or apparel/fashion is preferred

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 per year. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
