What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Manager , you will :

Strategize & Execute : Develop and implement integrated social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals across both paid and organic activations.

Create & Curate : Plan, draft, and schedule compelling content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

Engage & Connect : Build relationships with our audience through daily interactions and community engagement. Work closely with our vendors to engage our followers with new innovative products.

Analyze & Optimize : Track performance, generate insightful reports, and refine strategies based on data.

Stay Ahead : Monitor trends, best practices and coordinate with our in-house content creators to produce fresh, on-brand content.

Lead the Charge : Guide social media best practices and streamline processes across teams. Work closely with our marketing leadership to drive traffic with an on-brand message both at a national level and locally with our strong regional brands.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years managing social media and digital platforms.

Expertise : Proficiency in major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), content creation, and analytics tools.

Creative Skills : A strong eye for design and familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.

Golf Knowledge : Passion for golf or industry experience is highly valued.

Work ethic : We need a self-starter ready to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to execute a winning strategy.

The employee is regularly required to type, and may be required to lift office supplies up to 20 lbs. The compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
