Worldwide Golf is searching for a full-time, creative, problem-solving graphic designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and knowledge with branding, logo design, print design, and web design.

An understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and layout design is required. To be successful in the role, you should have original ideas, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail. This individual should express a passion for design and an appetite to grow within the discipline.

This role will report to the Art Director and collaborate with a team of fellow designers, be open to learning and creating engaging designs that promote the company's vision. Interest in Golf is a plus but not required.

Candidate should possess working knowledge of the following design programs :

InDesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
Dreamweaver
HTML / CSS

This person can take a creative concept from rough draft to the presentation stage, has a growth-through-feedback mindset, and is well versed in working with a wide range of media, graphic design software, and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

Conceptual design for print, branding, and web design projects

Creation of assets for web design

Generate proofs, wireframes, and mock-ups based on job requirements

Driving projects from concept to completion

Design of advertising, editorial, and social media assets

Branding and logo design

Editorial design, newsletters, and other publications

Qualifications Desired :

Education and Experience :

Associates, BA, or BFA Degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred, not required.

1 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role is preferred, not required.

An updated portfolio showcasing past projects is required.

Design and Technical Skills :

Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.

Knowledge of animation and video editing is a plus.

Familiarity with current and past design trends and thought leadership.

Basic knowledge of online and social media marketing is preferred.

Problem-Solving and Creativity :

Outstanding creativity with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.

The ability to see projects through from concept to completion.

Communication and Collaboration :

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with other creatives and team members.

Willingness to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.

Skill in clearly articulating and critiquing design objectives.

Time Management and Organization :

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

The ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.

Team and Work Ethic :

Experience working as part of a design team.

Commitment to maintaining and improving design standards.

Consistency and attention to detail regardless of project size.
