The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top tier candidates to meet our organization's needs. Your primary focus will be on full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. You will collaborate with hiring managers, participate in job fairs and industry events, and leverage various channels to identify potential candidates.

We own our entire fleet of aircraft consisting of Hawker 800XPs, Challenger 601s, Gulfstream IVSPs / G300, and a Global Express.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume review, phone screenings, interviews, credentialing, and training.
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding. Follow employees through the introductory period to ensure their success. Partner with Human Resources for a seamless transition.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate information and recruitment activities. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in recruitment methods.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- In depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify qualified candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficient in applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases.
- Flexibility needed for conducting interviews outside of office hours.
- Background with recruiting for aviation positions a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or related field(preferred).
