Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Sourcing & Recruitment: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates for open positions.
• Lead Generation: Support recruiters by generating leads and contributing to talent acquisition strategies.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with all required documentation and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple files efficiently.
• Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills, including experience with maintaining databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and candidates.
• Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the accuracy of recruitment and onboarding processes.
