About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Full-Time Marketing Specialist in Dallas, TX or Herndon, VA to support our internal marketing initiatives within Worldwide Mission Critical. This role will be instrumental in standardizing marketing materials, designing graphics for media, and supporting internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, content development, and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardize all marketing and communication materials to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Design graphics for media, including presentations, internal documents, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Create and manage content, including newsletters, internal communications, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Support event planning for industry conferences and internal company events.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company branding and messaging.
- Assist in managing the company’s website and social media presence, optimizing content for visibility and engagement.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- 3 years of experience in marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong graphic design skills and experience standardizing marketing materials.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
