Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator will support the operations team by performing a variety of tasks essential to coordinating and maintaining a fleet of rental equipment throughout its lifecycle. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop electrical capabilities.
Essential Duties
Inventory Management:
- Maintain a record of all equipment and related assets, including item numbers.
- Regularly update and reconcile the inventory database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct physical audits and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy.
- Organize and categorize assets for easy retrieval and tracking
Material Handling:
- Operate forklifts to off-load, load, move or store equipment
Equipment Management:
- Participate in tasks assigned by supervisor
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Help troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
Safety:
- Operate and handle equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
- Report all recognized unsafe conditions or acts to Management.
- Wear proper PPE when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Texas driver’s license
- 2-4 years of experience in related field
- Salesforce and basic Electrical competency a plus
- Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
