The Customer Service Engineer is an intermediate position that performs tasks related to the repair of technology-based products typically associated with end-user computing environments.
This role involves responding to change management requests, installing new PC equipment, providing end-user desk-side support, and other related activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet customer service satisfaction levels and operational metrics outlined in established guidelines
- Communicate proactively with end-users and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair estimates, and status updates
- Understand and follow documented service operations policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 pounds
- Additional certifications or training as required by clients
