Job Summary:

• Perform tasks related to the repair of client products, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
• Support Desk Side applications and infrastructure, maintaining high availability and performance.
• Provide customer support for designated equipment, addressing technical issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria, as outlined in our guidelines and policies.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call, adhering to established policies and guidelines.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls, as documented in our policies and guidelines.
• Follow established policies, guidelines, and documents relating to the successful delivery of service for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment, as required by client service agreements.
• Understand and adhere to all Safety policies and guidelines, working within their daily guidelines.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance, enabling flexibility in assignments.
• Able to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies, requiring adaptability and stamina.
• Able to lift and move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs, demonstrating physical ability and dexterity.

Compensation:$65,000 - $80,000 per year. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.
