We are hiring on behalf of our client, Velocity Merchant Services (VMS), a company dedicated to the success of small businesses. VMS provides innovative payment processing solutions across industries such as grocery, restaurants, retail, spas / salons, and automotive. As they continue to grow, they are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join their team! Responsibilities : Engage with customers and potential clients over the phone to understand their needs and present VMS’s products and services. Generate new business through outbound calling and lead follow-ups. Overcome objections and effectively communicate the benefits of VMS’s solutions. Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets. Maintain detailed records in the database and follow up with clients as needed. Work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to team goals. Qualifications : Previous sales experience is required. Experience working on the phone is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual candidates (Spanish / Arabic) are a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable. Full-time availability required.
